Hi...I saw the guys in Lucca in 2001...it was the best concert i've ever seen.Is possible to know the setlist of the European tour 2006?Tanx

I completely agree with you! I've also been last summer in Backersfield (California) to an Eagles' concert and it was amazing! can't wait to be in Rome next May 27th. Ciao e viva gli Eagles for ever

I was in Lucca at the Summer Festival at the end of July 2001 and that show was unforgettable!In two days I will be at the Arena in Verona with my girlfriend and other friends comig from Firenze and Genova.I'm looking forward to be there and the same way I'm expecting for the new album comin' out for the end of the year.EAGLES are the best band with the best music ever listened! Well, coming back from two recent concerts (Muenchen and Verona) I can send a comment.
The arena was sold out (almost 14.000 people), our plces was not so good and the lack of megascreen for the attendance at the side of the arena make us impossible to clearly see the concert. The audio was very good and the band was in a good shape, particulary Henley. The show was of 'only' 25 songs (Rocky mountain way and All she want to... was missing) I didn't understand why. But the show has been a great one!

It was magic scenery of Verona's Arena and the weather served us - it was on the edge of heavy rain, but let only few drops. I came with four long-time-no-see buddies, we used to play in band 23 years ago - Eagles songs, so to us it was sort of like coming home. Satisfaction was guaranteed from the start on (Take it Easy), and Eagles were in good shape. Set list was similar to Barcelona and Rome but without Rocky mountain way and All she wants... - didn't miss them though (never liked to mix Eagles with personal efforts). Everybody liked two new songs, and after last song (Desperado) cheering wouldn't stop. Don was master of the night, his voice crisp clear. Joe is allways a showman and crowd pleaser and some Italian girls were all after Timothy. It wasn't Glenn's night, he had some vocal problems (during the concert he was holding his earspeaker for few moments) and Already gone (one of my long time favorites) was not a highlight. The band didn't communicate a lot, didn't do any jokes about president or Glenn's ex-wife, but did a lot of thanking for coming to concert. Personaly, in town of Romeo and Juliet there should be Love will keep us alive dedicated to them.
Steuart did a good concert, but I really miss Don Felder in the band.
All in all, a night to remember.

Only two days passed from the show in a gorgeus scenary like the Arena in Verona but band's sound is still whispering in my mind and so for a long time too.It's been a good show but I expected a little bit more.I didn't hear Frey's top hit YOU BELONG TO THE CITY or even ALL SHE WANT TO DO IS DANCE even if i agree with a buddy up there mixing personal solo careers tunes with classic Eagles songs is so good.Joe is the same show man as always and the voice of Henley stepped higher and higher.But let me tell I miss Felder so much! EAGLES are still flying high after all these years.Yeah!!
