Hell Freezes Over. According to Don Felder, that intro was created shortly before the taping of the MTV special. Don Henley came to him and said that they needed something special and that Felder should just, "...make something up"

On the Hell Freezes Over DVD, is there a background track on Hotel California or is it all live?

Is "Hotel California" available in
the key that Felder originaly wrote for it?
With or without lyrics.
Does anyone know if he performs it as solo artist in that key?
I understand the key was changed for the vocals.
What is the original key?
