Last week, we added some photos from the Glenn Frey / Christopher Cross Japanese tour program. Fumiko and Ulli were kind enough to translate the 2 articles and one interview that appeared in the book. There's some interesting stuff there. Huge thanks to the wonderful people who frequent this site and help us make it as complete as possible. You guys are the best!
Child of the 70's discovered that the Eagles are playing tomorrow in Fayetteville, Arkansas for Wal*Mart employees. This is part of the buildup to a shareholders meeting on Friday. Maybe some news will leak out of this. Everyone keep your eyes and ears open, just in case.

Timothy has updated the diary on his official site. He just mentions that they are working on the Eagles album and that it will be worth the wait.

Don will once again be at events surrounding Dennis Quaid's charity weekend here in Austin. Don will play in an all-star concert and participate in the golf tournament. The event is June 6th-10th. We'll be out of town (seeing Henley in Atlantic City) so if anyone goes and wants to share their experience, we'd love to know all about it.

We know that many of our site visitors are interested in what JD Souther is up to. Emma and Mr. Haney found this article that discusses JDs new direction in jazz. Mr. H also found a video of a recent JD performance.
Who is that guy drumming for Marc Cohn? Thanks TLR for the tip.

UPDATE: According to the casino website, tickets go on sale June 9th.
It's the last day of school and I'm bored, so I just started clicking through all of my bookmarks. Imagine my amazement to find out that the Don Felder lawsuit has been settled. The last we had heard was that there was a June 6th conference meeting, but as of May 7th, it's over. Done. Fini. Caput.
Bring on the new album and tour!
Joe has added five more dates to his summer concert series. Details are on Joe's website and on our Summer 07 Tour Blog.
We've set up the tour blog for this summer. Instead of creating 3 separate blogs, we've combined them all into one. Use the blog to coordinate meet-ups with other fans and to post reviews, photos and anything else after the show is over.
Remember, many fans are hoping to attend these shows vicariously through you.
Ulli was kind enough to make scans of a 1986 program from Glenn's joint shows with Christopher Cross in Japan. Lots of really nice photos. Thanks, Ulli. We've added it to our memorabilia page.
This is a short list this week.

We've got a little bit more information about Don's duet with Reba McEntire. This is from the May 11th issue of Radio and Records. Thanks to Dave G. for the tip.
While McEntire has also been a star for a long time, when she talks about working with Don Henley, she uses the words “legend” and “awe.” She says, “I wasn’t talking because I was hanging on his every word. He is just stupendous to me.” Still, she describes him as “a very down-to-earth person, yet very deep.”
The two recorded a song called “Let’s Break Each Other’s Heart Again.” “I like his writing, his singing, everything about him,” she adds. “For him to say yes to this project was wonderful.”
