Long Road Out of Eden World Tour
The first dates in the tour have been announced on the band's official site and on their MySpace. Eagles will play 4 dates at the O2 Arena in London.
The first dates are: March 20, 22, 23 and 26. They will debut a new stage production and will be playing songs from Long Road Out of Eden. Tickets for these first shows go on sale January 18th. Prices are 70 pounds, 85 pounds and a limited number of golden circle seats for 110 pounds. I Love All Access will also be selling VIP packages. More information here.
We're sure they will be adding dates and as soon as we have them we'll post them here.

When are the Eagles going to tour Australia again?
We went to the last tour in Melbourne and loved it.

I wonder when dates for other cities in the UK and other parts of Europe will be announced. I have read rumours of different places, but no firm dates as of yet. By the way, LROOE is now triple platinum in Australia. The Eagles probably won't go down under until late 2008 or early 2009.

Anyone can use it , its on the virginradio website

That's great, thank you, but where did you get the virgin code from? is it valid for anyone to use? I mean is there any terms and conditions? Do you have to have prove of where you got the code from? I don't want to get the tickets and for them to say I can't have them as I was not given the code.
Many thanks.

You can buy tickets for the london shows now in a virgin presale that started this morning.Just go to the ticketmaster.co.uk site and the password is BIRDS.
Beats waiting for the general sale 2morrow
I am travelling down from Edinburgh to see a show although i hope they will come to Scotland on this tour but better safe than sorry and seeing them twice is not a problem ; )

Got our tickets booked this morning , a day before they go on general sale. We found out that if you have an o2 mobile phone you can book tickets before they go on general sale. I'm really looking forward to seeing the band again.

I desperately want to see the Eagles at the O2 this March, so I went to buy the 4* VIP package from ILAA but they only take credit cards and I don't have a credit card, just a Mastro!!!! I e - mailed them but they said they only take credit cards: visa, Master, American Express and Discover!!
I am so upset, I will have to try and get a ticket tomorrow but I am dreading it as I think they will sell within minutes.
Does anybody know if the boys have got any more plans to tour again in the future or come to the UK again? What about Farewell 2?
Lets just hope they add some extra dates in the UK to meet demand.
Long may the Eagles continue, they're the best.

Thoroughly enjoyed ILAA 5* Package in 2006, but this time I have gone for the 4* Package on 20 March.

L&M,thanks for your reply. I have also called O2 in London, and they have told me that ILAA is OK as well. I have bought 4stars tickets for March 22nd. Are really looking forward to it. We live in Norway, and this is our second London-consert with Eagles.

We've bought many tickets from ILAA. There's nothing fake about them at all. You can order without worrying.

Have any of you used ILAA before? Can I be sure this is not a fake? I am ready to book a 4star package, but I am a bit worried.... Any experiences out there?

Been a Eagles fan since 1977. Very pleased that they are coming back to the UK, very disappointed that they think London is the only place to play over here. The most expensive city in terms of travel, accommodation, dining, etc. Also I am shocked at the ticket prices, I have been quoted £178 ($350) for £110 ($225) tickets, and when you need three tickets ( 1 for me, 1 for my wife, and 1 for my son), with travel on top it becomes very expensive.
If this is the Eagles way of paying back their fans and long term supporters, I have a good mind to send my entire collection of Eagles recordings back to them.

I agree with Allan, I really hope Canada has lot's of dates. We're always neglected by a lot of great bands and artists. Let's hope the Eagles break that bad curse and come and play a lot of shows in Canada. I've never seen them and I really hope this year is the first time I get to.

Well it looks like we are going to London again. My niece and nephew want to come and they are 14 and 7.

The Four Star prices have been available since yesterday.....they're $325 to $395.
Posted by: L&M | January 15, 2008 at 07:16 AM
Prices for 5* package have gone up since yesterday! They're $795 each now - that's £400 here. That's ridiculous. I can't imagine they'll sell that well, especially as they were here less than 2 years' ago, and over 4 nights, that's a lot of tickets to sell.
4* isn't released yet, so we don't know how much they are yet.
5* goes on sale tomorrow.

think this is great news. the eagles seem to cover europe first and then come over to the states. i would think of it as a warm up and to work out anything they feel they need to. having done the ilaa thing a couple of times, if you got the money, i say go for it. i always got good seats and the ilaa people are great. looking forward to hearing about the american leg of the tour, east coast of course... :)

I hope the Long Road leads to Bakersfield!!
I saw them when they came here 3 years ago and would definitely see them if they pass this way again!!

I hope the Eagles come to Canada during the summer or early fall. I expect they will visit Australia and New Zealand during the winter of 2008-2009. By the way, LROOE is still #5 in New Zealand, and it has just been certified triple platinum. Amazingly, Farewell 1 is #4 on the NZ charts after well over 2 years on the charts.

Seems weird that they will be touring Europe first. Isn't the weather really bad in March in Western Europe?
hey should start here in SoCal-that's Easter break for most of us-and the weather will be great. After all we poured $56 million dollars into their pockets this past Oct. for the 6 Nokia shows.
And, yes $700 is nuts for an ILAA ticket but they were charing $595 for the Nokia shows sooooo! In any event, we got great seats with ILAA-got front row center one night. But if you can do better with General Sale do it.

Wow. Touring sooner than expected, y/n?
I haven't seen the Eagles in several years. May try and go to O2 arena, possibly the last night instead of first --- let them work out the kinks of a new set on the earlier audiences, lol :D

Happy Birhday to us, eh KO? This is starting to look like it's going to be a great year!

Thanks Otto. Having done the ILAA before, and having been to the O2 before I can tell you it is NOT "same reason The Ritz Hotel is 3 times the price of a Travel Lodge"!!
