Networking

As you can tell from the badges over on the left, we're experimenting with a little social networking. We've had a MySpace for a while and it's been working out okay. We've added a Facebook and we're a little unsure how that works. If you're on Facebook and want to friend us (or whatever they call it) please do so that we can play around with it a little more. It seems like there are a lot of Eagles fans there. We're trying to figure out if we should start a group there or join groups. It's a bit confusing for us oldsters, so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

So you think YOU'RE oldsters. :) I have a MySpace page, too, but I don't know why. There's nothing on it. Tried to upload the BBF video to it, but it didn't work. I just went there once looking for a local band's page & signed up for some unknown reason.

Good luck with your new endeavors! I certainly can't give you any tips. :)

I have to ask my 13 year old niece what face book and myspace is about. I can just about manage to use MSN.

Thought I was too old for Facebook but decided to check it out after seeing their CEO on 60 Minutes. He is only 23 and a gazillionaire. :) Logged on and found all my younger relatives immediately. It's fun and has a lot of interesting applications. The world just keeps getting smaller. :)

Personally, I find Facebook much more user-friendly than My Space. I have noticed that in the last few months My Space have 'incorporated' many of Facebooks's features.
