We don't usually post personal info here, but this is a pretty big deal.....Melissa found out today she passed her National Board Teacher Certification!!  Yeah!!  All of that hard work last year really paid off!!  Way to go Melissa!!!!

Jeopardy!

As many of you know, Melissa taped an episode of Jeopardy back in July.  It finally airs this Friday!  We're pretty excited here.  Check your local listings to see where and when it airs.  In the meantime, here's a sneak peek.

She won't post this herself, but we skipped school today so Melissa could try out for Jeopardy in Houston.  She passed the written test, played a mock game and now can be called to appear on the show!!  How cool is that?!?  Great job, Melissa!!!!

We thought that since there has been a barrage of news, we can all take a deep breath and look at our cute puppies. Can you believe Amos is 7 months old?

Austin Show--Y'all are Invited

As you could probably tell from reading a couple of posts down, we're quite excited about the Henley Austin show. So many people have shown us such great hospitality over the years, that we'd like to return the favor. We're thinking of hosting a little pre-show gathering/house-warming party at our place on the day of the Henley Austin show. We're not sure if a lot of folks are coming in from out of town for this, but we'd love to have you stop by and say hi and have some food. Plus, you'd get to meet Amos and Ike

Let us know if you are interested. We realize that this is late notice and not many people may be coming in to Austin. We'll guage the interest and then let you know what's going down.
