I like watching the horn guys swing back and forth. I hope NBC left in the band intros. It would be great to see these guys get national recognition for the great job they do.

Do you think the band members are watching this? Henley is in Philadelphia, but the others are probably at home. Bill Clinton is on live on Larry King, though and maybe one of them wanted to watch Dancing With the Stars

LOVING EVERY MINUTE!!! one comment: the horns are at times overpowering and competing with the guitars. i don't remember this being an issue when they were in new york. anyone else have this feeling from the show?

If the guys are watching this they'd be so maaaadddd at the way it's being edited. I'm no visual tech but even I can tell that whoever did the editing must of got a hold of some of Joe's old stash. Glen is such a perfectionist...this would kill him.

Kate, I saw them in NY also and it's funny you mention the horns because I also thought they were kinda loud during the guitar solo of Hotel California. Never, ever, try to play over Joe Walsh!!!

The Best for last. I LOVE hearing Don sing this song....AWESOME song and AWESOME man. Keep us alive with your misuc Eagles. We love you guys. Keep on rocking!!!!

I think it was here where the detroit nbc station showed the Stevie Nicks/ Don henley concert commercial...Damn it makes me want to find the money to go!!!

Apparently I'm viewing this about an hour after everyone else. As much as I enjoyed One Day At A Time, I absolutely loved No More Cloudy Days. If they don't finish the album they've got to release it as a single. I think it stands up to their older songs quite well. Anyone w/ an opinion on this?

I actually loved One Day At A Time...couldn't believe how catchy it was. That one sounds like a hit (if there is such a thing for the Eagles these days). However, I was disappointed in No More Cloudy Days. It reminded me too much of other Glenn songs, particularly musically. And I'm not crazy about the lyrics either. They're not bad, just not up to Eagles standards. I'm still waiting for him to come up with another rocker...I know he's got it in him still.

Did anyone notice dips in the sound volume. It seems that we had to adjust the remote constantly. Maybe NBC (or the Eagles for that matter) did something to discourage home tapers? In any case, it was a great show, but I've heard some live recordings from those Australia shows and they have been doctored up plenty for this dvd. It's nice to have the perfection, but I don't mind occasional screw-ups and looseness and those imperfections add so much to the whole live experience. Just my two cents.
