Joe Chat!

Joe will be chatting tonight on his website. This is sure to be a ton of fun. There's a bit of confusion about what time the chat will be happening. Joe's main page says 7:30 PM EDT, but the chat page says 9:30 EDT.  If it doesn't interrupt the premiere of Project Runway, we'll see you there!

Milwaukee

Brian gets through his bookmarks faster than I do!  He let us know the official site is showing the band will play at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee on September 21st.  Tickets go on sale July 28th.  Thanks Brian.

Audio Week #3 -- Eagles Off The Record

To get ready for the release of the highly anticipated new Eagles record, Off the Record recut some old interviews and broadcast a special. Of course, this was back in 2002 so you can see how long fans had been waiting to hear new Eagle product!

Eagles At Hard Rock Park

Our site visitors are the best! Kathryn caught a special on the YES Network (the Yankee channel in New York) about the opening of the Hard Rock Park and the accompanying golf tournament.  As part of the coverage, they showcased parts of three songs from the Eagles opening night set.  You can see bits of "One of These Nights", "Life in the Fastlane" and "Desperado".  Thanks, so much to Kathryn. We would never have known about this if you didn't catch it. We made the file nice and big, but if you right click and "...save as" on the link, you'll be able to play around with the size. Making it a little smaller sharpens the quality nicely.

A Starry Night

Joe Walsh performed at a Grammy Foundation tribute for Beatles producer Sir George Martin last night in Los Angeles.  Bob Lefsetz reports Joe did an instrumental version of Life's Been Good that segued into Walk Away to close out the evening.  WireImage has photos of Joe arriving at the event and performing.
